New for 2024, this is a quality swim, bike, run session focused on developing your skills and fitness in all three disciplines. In addition it will work on improving your speed in transition. Based at Bray Lake, this training session will evolve throughout the season as the weather gets warmer. Initially it will include one lake swim followed by multiple bike and run intervals. As the lake temperature rises it will become multiple swim, bike, run sets on repeat.

Instructions:
Arrive at five! Setting up for the session will take a bit of time, as it does for any triathlon so please arrive about 5pm to get set up. Please put your bike on the turbo trainer, set up your transition area and be ready in your wetsuit for a prompt 5:30pm start in the water.
Equipment:
Please bring the following: bike, bike shoes (if required), run trainers, tri-suit, wetsuit, goggles, hat, towel, top or jacket to ride / run in if the weather is cooler
A bike padlock will be provided to secure all bikes whilst we do the session.
Pre-Requisite:
Able to swim 400m front crawl in open water.
