Wednesday Night Running Intervals

This is session is designed to help improve running performance with interval work. It will help improve pace awareness, speed endurance, running economy and most importantly running technique.
The structured session will give a weekly focus to help take your running to a new standard and help you to achieve your goals.

Equipment required:
- Running attire: running trainers, socks, shorts and running top
- Warmer clothing on top of running clothing for warmup, running drills and to put on afterwards -In Winter (October to March) a head torch suitable for running: here is a link to an economy option Budget Amazon Head Torch -Possibly a beanie and gloves if very cold.
